“We believe we can have an impact of creating a culture of training and continuous development that will last a lifetime. This requires instructors to understand and believe in their role as true leaders. Not necessarily top down, driven by rank, but of a more broadened sense. As trainers we have the capacity to reach more people within an organization and have more terms of how the organization’s mission, goals and objectives are communicated and met.” Cmdr. Liam Duggan.
